6 Week Mindfulness Course

This 6 week course offers a condensed yet comprehensive focus of contemporary mindfulness on our busy modern lives. It will include the much researched core mindfulness skills and their evidence based application in stress reduction, mental/emotional regulation, calming attention/focus, equanimity & self nourishing to establish inner wellbeing. This will be a small class and offer personal attention with an emphasis on the particular needs of participants.
